Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Processing time
- Most items: 1–3 business days before shipping.
- Heart & Mane Originals (printed on demand): 2–5 business days to print and pack before shipping.
Orders aren't processed on weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, processing may take a few extra days.

Delivery time
After your order ships, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–10 business days. Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Multiple packages
Heart & Mane works with trusted brand partners and print studios across the country, so items in one order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us at hello@heartmane.com and we'll help work it out with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
